STUDY ON THE MMPI TO AF AIRCREWS



Abstract
A study on the standardized (revised) MMPI were conducted on R. O. K. A. F. Pilots and Cadets for foundation of AF Aircrew Effectiveness Program. The following conclusions were obtained.
1. The Means of each scale in the pilots and the cadets were as follows:

2. The pilots were obtained higher scores than the cadets on Hs., D., Hy., Pd. and Pt., scales.
3. The cadets were obtained higher scores than the pilots on Ma., Pa., Mf and Sc. scales.
4. Anxiety Index of the pilots were higher than the cadets about 4.3.
5. Internalization Ratio of the pilots were higher than the cadets about 0.07.
6. The significant differences between the pilots and the cadets in Hs., D., Hy.
and Ma. scales mean there are significant differences in their motivation, morale
and desire.
